Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with a BS/BA degree, 0 years with an MS/MA degree, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
  • Active federal background investigation with a T5 adjudication or Top Secret eligible clearance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with process flow mapping.
  • Experience working with and analyzing federal investigative standards and operational workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support.
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
  • Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
  • Understanding of agile methodology and software development lifecycles (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage high visibility projects for the Risk Decision Group in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.
  • Direct and supervise support resources through the project design, development, implementation, and testing phases.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Interface with end users, business support teams, technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Gather functional and technical requirements using project management or business analysis methodologies.
  • Lead change requests and bugs from initiation to Change Control Board review.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed.
