Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to connect and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Windows applications.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work one weekend day.
- Successfully pass a background and drug screening.

- Assist customers who call with a need for storage.
- Recommend and reserve storage units tailored to individual customer needs.
- Deliver high-quality customer service during inbound interactions.
