Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in complex health system IT environments.
- 3+ years’ experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture.
- 3+ years’ experience planning and implementing large software installations or managing them post-installation.
- Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems.
- Proficiency in DICOM and HL7 messaging standards.
- Experience in supporting clinical and/or health care applications (plus).
- Field role requiring travel to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and operational.
- Manage system performance proactively to drive stability and innovation.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships across managed services solutions.
- Provide regular updates on solution performance to customers.
- Monitor trends in case management and engage with support teams for resolution.
- Drive speedy resolution of escalated customer issues.
