Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the North Carolina Bar.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of North Carolina laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed.
- Must be located in or near the State of North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by analyzing records, documents, and evidence.
- Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filing claims, negotiating settlements, and advocating for client interests.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies, conduct research, and analyze medical records.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to explain legal processes and provide case updates.
- Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate injury impact and treatment requirements.
- Organize case files, track deadlines, and oversee related legal and administrative tasks.
- Uphold professional ethics and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
