Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both EST and PST hours.
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA.
- Demonstrated purpose in helping others and commitment to meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Transfer calls or take messages as needed.
- Register new patients in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Schedule new patient consultations and ensure all questionnaires are completed prior to provider appointments.
- Email welcome packets to patients following successful registration.
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding their questions and concerns.
- Maintain and protect confidential patient records.
