- Experience building reliable, high-quality datasets for analytics and machine learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead driver analysis and data quality work to establish the foundation for machine learning model development.
- Establish the principles, infrastructure, and systems for data science to support long-term growth.
- Drive improvements in data pipelines, modeling, and governance for high-quality decision-making.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Promote best practices in experimentation, statistical rigor, and data storytelling.
- Mentor peers and set the standards for future data science team expansion.
