Experience: 4+ years experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.

High school diploma (advanced degree preferred).
Valid driver's license and insurable status.
4+ years of experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.
Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus and Power Take Off (PTO) applications.
Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
Experience in field operations coordination, implementation, and technical deployment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Availability to travel 50-70%, including weekends and overnight stays.
Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience (e.g., GPS, emergency lighting, radios) is preferred.

Monitor customer installation milestone progress and spearhead resolution of project challenges.
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases.
Monitor and address CSAT related to installations.
Create project-specific installation guides and provide onsite training to installer technicians.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure work remains on time, on budget, and meets quality standards.
Provide onsite oversight for complex deployments, including site readiness checks and real-time troubleshooting.
Perform first-of-kind installations on complex projects as a hands-on technical expert.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve the installation experience.
