Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the gambling industry (slots)
- Proven ability to write clear, structured Game Design Documents (GDD) fragments and technical specifications
- Ability to clearly describe algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas
- Strong passion for designing, developing, and taking full ownership of key game features
- Experience collaborating with developers, artists and producers
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- English level: Upper intermediate
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design games based on a given concept.
- Prepare clear GDD sections and technical specifications for implementation.
- Create and maintain simulation frameworks, run RTP tests, analyze results and produce reports.
- Work closely with developers and QA to ensure design is implemented correctly.
- Iterate quickly based on test feedback.
