- 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing and internal controls.
- 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top firm or high-growth startup.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to complex organizations.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Mission-first and team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and execute implementation plans tailored to customer goals.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide Fieldguide platform training.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal product, engineering, and design teams.
- Identify and mitigate implementation success risks through proactive action planning.
- Document customer value, success metrics, and case studies to track adoption.
