Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.
- 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Strong consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Proven project management proficiency managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with little direct oversight.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence change.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Bias towards action and ownership of end-to-end projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers from sales handoff through value realization.
- Create and track customized implementation plans to meet client goals.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide Fieldguide platform training.
- Act as the advocate for customer needs to Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales teams.
- Proactively identify success risks and develop mitigation action plans.
- Measure and document customer progress, success metrics, and case studies.
