Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning roles within the Brazilian financial market.
- Background in digital banking, payment companies, or fintechs.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) in a professional context.
- Good knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Experience with credit products (personal loans, credit cards, or credit lines) is a differentiator.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA) or Master’s degree is a plus.
- US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for assigned Business Units.
- Establish KPIs and monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and advising on corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, collaborating with consolidation and senior finance teams for investor reporting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, with specific understanding of the Brazilian financial market and regulatory environment.
- Serve as a financial advisor to Business Unit leaders, helping drive decisions that align financial outcomes with objectives.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams for seamless financial integration.
