Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience in delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience or familiarity with mobile web is a bonus.
- Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and user research partners.
- Excitement for early-stage product development and setting vision.
- Ability to jam in Figma daily.
- Motivated by the company mission of mental health access and affordability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star and evolve the product vision.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to build design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix).
- Contribute to team culture, process, foundation and help grow a world class startup design team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners daily.
- Work with a user researcher to test concepts weekly with potential patients.
