10+ years of progressive experience in product management, marketing, or commercial leadership.
Demonstrated success leading through functional leaders in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of B2B service business models (contracts, field service, technical support).
Proven track record of scaling offerings that generate revenue growth and margin expansion.
Expertise in pricing, segmentation, funnel management, and installed-base monetization.
Ability to utilize customer insights, financial analysis, and data to drive strategic execution.
Experience establishing KPIs, governance routines, and accountability mechanisms.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Digital orientation with interest in applying AI, automation, and analytics to workflows.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in life sciences, medtech, or technical B2B environments preferred.

Lead global growth strategy including annual and long-range planning based on market trends and customer insights.
Manage the end-to-end service portfolio lifecycle, roadmap prioritization, and profitability.
Align global marketing, regional teams, and sales to drive effective campaigns and measurable growth.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and governance models to optimize pipeline quality and margin performance.
Maximize value from the installed base through increased renewals, attach rates, and service adoption.
Modernize service operations by leveraging automation, AI, and digital workflows.
