Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, fintech, or Tier-1/Tier-2 banking institutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale banking transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
- Deep understanding of core banking, digital banking, wealth management, and financial services technology.
- Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure (ACH, wires, card networks, RTP, FedNow, ISO 20022).
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and transitioning from legacy platforms.
- Understanding of highly regulated financial services environments, risk management, and compliance.
- Familiarity with US or Canadian financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Miro.
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows.
- Strong sales and pre-sales acumen with experience supporting client discussions and solution development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead or drive end-to-end product delivery and transformation initiatives across banking and financial services.
- Define, manage, and communicate product requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, compliance teams, consultants, and engineering squads.
- Guide modernization initiatives including core banking transformation, digital banking, and cloud-native architectures.
- Shape modern payment solutions and workflows such as ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, FedNow, and ISO 20022.
- Champion the use of Generative AI to improve product delivery workflows, PRD creation, and documentation.
- Contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, shaping solutions and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
