Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Technical background fluent in distributed transactional systems, machine learning, operational metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery.
- Ability to independently query, debug, and perform root cause analysis.
- Previous Software Engineering or Data Science development experience is required.
- Understanding of B2B2C user experience and business product flows.
- Experience thriving in scale-up environments with high ambiguity and fast pace.
- Domain experience in fintech, marketplace products, authentication, security, or identity.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design.
- Drive commercial impact by picking up revenue, adoption, or conversion metrics and implementing process changes.
- Make scale-level decisions by reasoning about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency for live enterprise contracts.
- Manage the customer-feedback loop to develop a prioritized and defensible product roadmap.
- Define competitive positioning, packaging, and pricing based on real unit economics.
- Operate autonomously within 60 days to identify and execute high-impact work.
