Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Technical background fluent in distributed transactional systems, machine learning, operational metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery.
- Ability to independently query, debug, and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience thriving in a scale-up environment with high ambiguity and fast pace.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C user experience.
- Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
- Background in authentication, security, or identity.
- Previous Software Engineering or Data Science development experience preferred.
- Ability to program is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap, and execution across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design.
- Own a commercial metric, diagnose gaps, and design customer research and process changes to improve revenue, adoption, or conversion.
- Make decisions at scale by reasoning about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts.
- Run a customer-feedback loop to turn enterprise feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap.
- Own competitive positioning and pricing, tracking the biometric and identity landscape and shaping packaging grounded in real unit economics.
