Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a project management role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar workflow platforms.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to establish and manage detailed project timelines with budget adherence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope and defend project timelines using data.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building or maturing PMO frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across a broad portfolio of business initiatives including product launches, packaging updates, and operational improvements.
- Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to review project status, risks, and priorities.
- Establish and manage detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Utilize Monday.com as the primary tool to track milestones and streamline workflows.
- Maintain centralized project management and packaging databases for real-time reporting.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive measurable continuous improvements across teams.
- Communicate project updates and risks transparently to stakeholders and leadership.
