Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence.
  • Active and unrestricted Medical License in Oregon.
  • DEA License.
  • Data Waivered (or willingness to learn) for medication-assisted treatment.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed approach and harm reduction modeling.
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • A patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorder across all age spectrums.
  • Provide psychopharmacological management of all psychiatric diagnosed treatment conditions.
  • Deliver medication-assisted treatment for OUD patients (X-Waivered or willingness to learn).
  • Utilize supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and harm reduction modeling.
  • Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical integration.
  • Complete validated rating scales, documentation, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYN, counselors, and peer support staff.
