Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence.
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in Oregon.
- DEA License.
- Data Waivered (or willingness to learn) for medication-assisted treatment.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed approach and harm reduction modeling.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- A patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorder across all age spectrums.
- Provide psychopharmacological management of all psychiatric diagnosed treatment conditions.
- Deliver medication-assisted treatment for OUD patients (X-Waivered or willingness to learn).
- Utilize supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and harm reduction modeling.
- Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical integration.
- Complete validated rating scales, documentation, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYN, counselors, and peer support staff.
