- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures
- Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management
- Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Availability to work consistently during US Time Zones
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information
- Accurately document client details in CRM or internal systems
- Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team
- Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet response time and conversion KPIs
