Responsibilities
- Improve performance, efficiency, and scalability across Field Development departments.
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues to improve processes at the branch level.
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste.
- Design and manage structured data streams and develop business visibility dashboards.
- Lead initiatives to translate data insights into measurable operational improvements.
- Collaborate with department leaders and the Senior Director to drive process optimization.
