- Analyze and diagnose complex issues to improve and implement processes at the branch level.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste.
- Design and manage structured data streams and develop dashboards for business visibility.
- Lead initiatives to translate data insights into measurable operational improvements.
- Collaborate with department leaders and the Senior Director to drive process optimization.
