Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.
- 8 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Engineering.
- Experience establishing enterprise-level cloud strategy and architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale Azure, AWS, or GCP migrations.
- Experience in Automation and Development best practices for application modernization.
- Experience with enterprise network design, including segmentation, encryption, logging, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with firewalls, network authentication, and Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Logstash, and CloudTrail.
- Deep understanding of Azure (preferred) or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices including infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, DNS, DDI, and networking.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, GIT, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on cloud architecture and cloud infrastructure engineering to other IT and business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Architecture, Software Engineering, and Infrastructure to operationalize DevOps processes and tools.
- Interpret technical requirements into business requirements and communicate risks to stakeholders.
- Create high-level and low-level design documents, workflows, and diagrams for leadership and technical teams.
- Work with Reliability Engineering teams to implement cloud-specific monitoring tools.
- Manage projects through the lifecycle from design and implementation to hypercare and transition.
- Participate in level 3 engineering support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and applications.
