Requirements
- 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations experience.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience working within a cross-functional Cloud Operations or DevSecOps team.
- Experience using work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira.
- Availability to participate in occasional scheduled maintenance windows and after-hours response.
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage patching, updates, and lifecycle for Azure VMs and cloud workloads.
- Support remaining on-premises infrastructure during its transition to the cloud.
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, and identity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and participate in major incident response.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID administration, MFA, RBAC, and security remediation.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams on scanning pipelines and platform hardening.
- Use Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and document activities.
