Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps technologies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong development skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development (GitLab CI strongly preferred).
- Experience with security scanning integration (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning).
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Helm, OCI artifacts) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of Git-based workflows, GitOps, and Linux fundamentals.
- Experience deploying to classified or air-gapped environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI capabilities, including tool orchestration, LLM application development, and workflow automation.
- Develop software that automates continuous Authority to Operate (cATO) processes, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.
- Build secure-by-default CI/CD pipeline products with integrated security scanning and supply chain controls.
- Extend the platform with self-service capabilities like developer onboarding automation and reusable deployment patterns.
- Ship to and support production on hardened Kubernetes environments for CUI/IL5 customers.
