Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Minimum one-year College Advance Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred background in Health, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research.
- Knowledge of clinical research processes.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate documents, materials, and resources for project meetings and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate project committees, sponsor and site meetings.
- Track training programs and activities.
- Facilitate project invoicing, billing, and payment document preparation.
- Assist with internal and external communications throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide administrative support including form preparation, information entry, and report creation.
- Act as first point of contact for project queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage and maintain project materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in accordance with protocols.
