Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years selling into creditors’ rights, legal services, financial services, or a regulated industry with complex compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of landing and expanding enterprise accounts with deals above $200K annually.
- Experience managing 6+ month deal cycles in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with the creditors’ rights and consumer collections ecosystem.
- Understanding of the legal process serving workflow, including service of process, affidavits, and e-filing.
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling ability to engage Managing Partners and VPs.
- Pipeline discipline and CRM proficiency using HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel 20-25% for industry conferences and client visits.
Responsibilities
- Own a named account list of the highest-priority creditors’ rights law firms and major debt buyers in the country.
- Build and execute a strategic outbound motion including executive outreach and event-driven cultivation.
- Lead consultative discovery with senior decision makers to surface workflow bottlenecks and compliance risks.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across operations, legal, compliance, and IT departments.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demos that connect the platform directly to a firm’s specific state footprint and volume profile.
- Own commercial negotiation and closing, including enterprise pricing and multi-year agreements.
- Partner with the Account Management team to support customer kickoff, ramp milestones, and long-term volume expansion.
- Represent the company at major creditors’ rights industry events and host executive client dinners.
