Requirements

- Proven ability to build and execute platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and others.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Experience managing employer brand programs or internal social amplification toolkits.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from performance analytics.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience building automated production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and future channels.
- Manage the social calendar and publishing stack; own the end-to-end production workflow from brief to live.
- Write and edit social copy across platforms while adapting to cultural moments.
- Collaborate with the Creative team on social-ready assets, video cuts, and visual content.
- Support JSQ's employer brand social presence and build employee amplification programs.
- Design and operate AI workflows to turn long-form content into social assets at scale.
- Monitor engagement performance and brand impact to evolve strategy using data-driven insights.
