- Hands-on experience with social media management, scheduling, and publishing platforms.
- Practical experience across content management, campaign management, video production, and photoshoots.
- Ability to independently create, edit, adapt, and repurpose content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
- Strong interest in financial services and cryptocurrency industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies to strengthen brand visibility and community connection.
- Ensure content is locally relevant and culturally appropriate across all target channels.
- Establish strategic guidelines for platforms including content themes, audience targeting, and tone.
- Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities to translate them into timely social initiatives.
- Conceptualize, create, edit, and repurpose content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate campaign management from planning through execution and optimization.
- Contribute to video production, photoshoots, and creative development.
- Define and track social media goals, OKRs, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
