- Ability to independently assess HR needs and guide customers toward high-impact solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills connecting HR challenges to business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and work processes.
- Curious, experimental mindset with a focus on testing and refining approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery to uncover HR pain points and opportunities.
- Actively manage and advance customer relationships to convert needs into paid services engagements.
- Clarify and prioritize customer HR challenges, guiding them toward relevant solutions.
- Position and align HR Consulting, Technical Services, and Managed Payroll to meet specific customer needs.
- Develop and execute targeted approaches to increase awareness of services offerings.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to shape messaging and campaign materials.
- Run and scale experiments to identify drivers of engagement and conversion.
- Maintain visibility into active opportunities and ensure consistent follow-through.
