- Proven background in B2B data or marketing products is a bonus.
- Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience with AI technologies.
- Strong craft excellence in visual, UI, and interaction design.
- Ability to take user problems from initial idea to high-fidelity solution.
- Figma proficiency is required.
- Comfort with tools such as Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a bonus.
- A team player mentality with a focus on humility, kindness, and collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with rapid iteration cycles.
Responsibilities
- Innovate 0-1 product features within the agentic marketing suite.
- Develop rapid designs and prototypes to iterate on features.
- Engage directly with customers through research sessions to influence product strategy.
- Synthesize usage data and feedback to inform product direction.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details.
