Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products.
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or partnering with machine learning or data science teams.
- Strong product strategy skills including roadmap development and prioritization.
- Experience translating emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for AI capabilities across the portfolio of recruiting solutions.
- Identify opportunities where AI can simplify complex workflows and improve recruiter productivity.
- Lead the evolution of AI assistants, agentic workflows, conversational experiences, and intelligent recommendations.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate technical capabilities into customer solutions.
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-centered AI experiences.
- Establish success metrics and use customer feedback, analytics, and market research for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI development.
- Communicate product vision and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
