Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of one pillar of business management (Finance, Scheduling, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating) and working knowledge of others.
- Proven experience in program finance, including monthly and quarterly financial status preparation and analysis.
- Experience managing budget targets and schedule milestones.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
- Experience supporting programs utilizing agile program management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira, and/or Tableau.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Internal Research & Develop (IR&D) program selection process and data repository.
- Develop financial performance metrics and reports for project execution.
- Analyze business performance and market conditions to create financial forecasts.
- Monitor and track program expenditures to ensure financial commitments are met.
- Prepare and present program-level earned value and financial performance data to F&BO and program teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive EVM metrics, variances, scheduling status, and risk assessments.
- Communicate financial performance and trends effectively to senior leadership.
