Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, and / or Ops / Strategy / Strategic Finance at a startup.
- Mastery of Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
- Ability to develop and present complex issues in a digestible and compelling manner using presentations and dashboards.
- Robust understanding of financial statements with experience building financial models from scratch.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Passionate about building and improving operational processes.
- Humble, scrappy, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus.
- Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives.
- Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions (e.g., pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, expansion, etc.).
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for how we scale efficiently, achieve profitability, and improve the financial performance of the business.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decision-making (e.g., bringing on new vendors, developing new products, etc.).
- Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed.
