Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or strategy roles within B2B, industrial, or technology software companies.
  • Proven experience producing or running operations for major industry events, executive briefings, or large customer-facing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Working fluency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma, with the ability to build dashboards independently.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, OT, or SCADA industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to operate as an independent senior individual contributor with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Execute operations for flagship industry events, including registration, logistics, attendee experience, and post-event analytics.
  • Develop playbooks and templates to streamline new vertical entry programs and flagship events.
  • Build operating cadences and reporting infrastructure to support new vertical Principals during their first year.
  • Facilitate the product input process between Principals and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Maintain the function's reporting backbone, including pipeline rollups, vertical KPIs, and deal velocity dashboards.
  • Coordinate business review cadences, including weekly team reviews, quarterly reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Develop and manage operational systems for CRM hygiene, asset libraries, and knowledge management.
  • Support leadership with executive-ready briefing materials and operational coordination for external speaking engagements.
