Requirements

  • 3+ years (SPM I) or 5+ years (SPM II) of product management experience focused on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth.
  • Proven experience with checkout flows, transaction-heavy products, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong background in running A/B tests, interpreting data, and using experimentation to improve products.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience building customer-facing experiences that drive retention and revenue.
  • Experience defining product strategy and influencing organizational priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience with authoring tools, no-code builders, or creator products is a plus.
  • Experience building or using AI-powered features is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Protect and extend platform conversion advantage through rigorous experimentation, funnel analysis, and iteration.
  • Work with campaigns to translate fundraising needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Reimagine fundraising analytics to provide actionable guidance to users.
  • Own the roadmap and execution for core fundraising products, including checkout and form-building tools.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, support, marketing, legal, and finance to deliver value.
  • Communicate product direction and outcomes across technical and non-technical audiences.
