Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with production-scale fullstack applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in React.js or a comparable component-based framework.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, state management, routing, and modularization.
- Experience with modern web tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn) and testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating with backend services and APIs (REST, GraphQL, HTTP).
- Experience building backend services in a modern server-side language (e.g., Go, Java).
- Experience with AWS systems (ECS, Lambda, RDS) and containerized environments (Docker).
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools effectively in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring skills, and ability to conceptualize complex integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality fullstack systems and experiences.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from technical design through implementation, testing, and rollout.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and accessible applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Utilize AI tools to expedite development workflows including code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
- Identify and drive improvements to fullstack architecture, tooling, and development processes.
- Conduct peer design and code reviews while providing actionable feedback.
- Mentor fellow engineers and act as a technical subject matter expert.
