Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Python software engineering experience, including production services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Practical experience building or integrating agentic AI automations, such as LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong analytical and solution-design abilities to translate requirements into maintainable Python solutions.
- Experience with Python data engineering libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong testing and software development practices.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, GKE, or App Engine).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a continuous-learning mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based automations and agentic workflows for business processes.
- Build and integrate LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks for business tasks.
- Deploy and operate automation solutions on Google Cloud Platform and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests for CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose technical defects, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation performance.
- Evaluate existing RPA automations and convert them into Python-based agentic solutions when appropriate.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Represent technical solutions in meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
