Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT, Systems, or Platform Engineering.
- 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong programming/scripting ability in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
- Solid experience operating GCP and AWS environments, including VPCs, IAM, and EC2/S3.
- Strong experience with external APIs (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks).
- Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
- Experience implementing identity and lifecycle automation (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
- Experience supporting or passing security audits like ISO 27001, SOC2, or GDPR.
- Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments preferred.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Atlassian.
- Design and engineer internal automation systems, scripts, and services using Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Build and maintain API-driven integrations to automate CRM, billing, and entitlement provisioning.
- Develop internal CLI tools, bots, and ChatOps integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation for support, knowledge retrieval, and operational data analysis.
- Design and operate the 'IT Golden Path' for automated onboarding, offboarding, and identity provisioning.
- Ensure continuous operational adherence to security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
- Manage endpoint security and Zero Trust architecture using tools like JumpCloud.
