Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of AI product experience
- Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization
- Proven 0-1 ownership of a product area from concept to adoption
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Desire to grow into product management leadership
- Experience in small start-up environments (fewer than 150 people) preferred
- Experience building workflow or internal integration products preferred
- Digital marketing or real estate domain knowledge is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Define the charter and roadmap for a brand-new product pod from scratch.
- Partner with agency operations leaders to identify and solve problems through product, people, or automation.
- Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences, integrations, and customer data architecture.
- Ship end-to-end solutions, including internal enablement and change management.
- Measure the impact of shipping through metrics like operational efficiency, revenue retention, and time-to-value.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of product team rituals and strategy.
- Stay ahead of AI and product trends to educate stakeholders.
