Requirements

10+ years of experience in workplace, real estate, facilities, or capital projects.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout.
Strong direct experience negotiating or managing commercial leases.
Proven ability to manage architects, contractors, and vendors against scope, budget, and schedule.
Working knowledge of permitting, building codes, accessibility, and workplace safety standards.
Experience delivering or operating space for public events or customer-facing programming.
Budget ownership experience for both capital projects and operational expenses.
Experience operating across multiple cities or within a distributed, remote-first environment.
Experience leasing or building in international markets, particularly EMEA or APAC.
Ability to travel frequently to visit office locations.
Familiarity with lease administration, space management, or IWMS platforms.
Experience hiring and managing an operations or facilities team.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end real estate lifecycle from site selection to operational office delivery.
Negotiate and manage commercial lease agreements, renewals, and landlord/broker relationships.
Lead office buildout projects including design, permitting, construction, and AV/infrastructure delivery.
Establish global operating standards, playbooks, and facilities management processes.
Design and support multi-purpose spaces for both employee collaboration and public event/brand programming.
Manage capital and operating budgets, vendor sourcing, and service contracts.
Hire and lead a small workplace operations team.
