Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, enterprise transformation, or project management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position with cross-functional accountability.
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements for technology teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise portfolio management, program governance, and business architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Prosci, CCMP, PfMP, or MSP) are preferred.
- Strong leadership, people-management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a unified enterprise intake process for strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead complex enterprise initiatives from concept through implementation across multiple departments.
- Establish and maintain governance mechanisms such as stage-gate reviews, dependency tracking, and resource planning.
- Act as a business counterpart to Technology, translating business needs into requirements and coordinating delivery.
- Develop business architecture, operating models, and process improvements for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with AI and data leadership to identify automation opportunities and establish success criteria.
- Manage and mentor enterprise program managers, serving as the escalation point for project risks and priorities.
- Build a business outcomes framework to track ROI, adoption, and performance metrics.
- Provide executive leadership with regular portfolio health reports, including risk and velocity analysis.
