Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or related business applications.
- Proven experience leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Leadership experience through direct or indirect supervision, mentoring, or project management.
- Advanced knowledge of HR systems, SQL, Excel, reporting platforms, and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and explaining technical concepts.
- Deep understanding of data integrity, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment during designated working hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Applications team, establishing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, issue resolution, and delivery of HR technology initiatives.
- Oversee HRIS and related business applications, ensuring system effectiveness, data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Direct the design, testing, implementation, configuration, and upgrades of workflows, reports, and system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to optimize systems and deliver business outcomes.
- Support workforce analytics, compensation processes, and compliance reporting through effective data analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
- Champion AI-enabled technologies, automation, and integrations to improve HR efficiency.
