Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 5+ years of research and development and clinical research experience (pharma, biotech, or CRO).
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in drug delivery project management.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to design innovative, price-competitive, and profitable business strategies.
- Financial acumen related to clinical study or program profitability.
- Experience managing client relationships and business development processes.
- Ability to analyze data to build evidence-based clinical trial strategies.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work across global time zones and collaborate with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop winning trial strategies and integrated solutions to differentiate in the marketplace.
- Lead business development activities including RFI responses, proposal development, and bid defense preparation.
- Identify, develop, and foster new and existing client relationships at senior operational levels.
- Provide post-award strategy oversight to ensure compliance with defined operational strategies and project performance indicators.
- Contribute to quality control, risk assurance, and process improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Drive and implement initiatives to grow the business through cross-functional and integrated opportunities.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
