Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Waterfall development methodology
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Experience in IT business analysis and artifacts development
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Dedicated, private workspace suitable for handling PHI/HIPAA data
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with new Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors related to new clinical opportunities for Humana's PBM
- Evaluate prospective HIT vendors related to strategic initiatives and new industry guidance
- Coordinate contract execution with new HIT vendors with Humana's PBM
- Help manage existing business relationships with external HIT partners
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams and execute operational transition flawlessly
- Provide excellent service to customers dependent upon requirements
- Work with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in a team environment
