Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L ownership of a software or technology business.
- Direct P&L accountability of $5M or more.
- Experience leading and developing a team of 10 or more.
- Track record of bringing new products to market and successfully scaling them.
- Strong commercial instinct across sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Sound financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
- Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Drive the next phase of growth by expanding revenue and refining go-to-market strategies.
- Steer the product portfolio by refining roadmaps and bringing new products to market.
- Evolve the operating model to improve end-to-end operational efficiency.
- Deepen customer value by improving retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Own performance and outcomes including revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.
- Lead and grow the organization by building a high-performing team and a culture of ownership.
