Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, product management, or a related field.
- 3+ years leading digital product strategy, product management, or technology solutions within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.
- In-depth understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Experience with ensuring interoperability between different clinical systems and platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of technical product management in complex, integration-heavy environments.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to translate business and clinical needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in Agile product delivery (roadmapping, backlog prioritization, release planning).
- Technical decision-making regarding build vs. buy, integration patterns, and platform reuse.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to embed digital technologies, data analytics, and AI into clinical research operations.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, including delivery milestones, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Develop the data and AI vision, managing execution from data readiness through system validation and operational monitoring.
- Conduct ROI analyses to secure investment and prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management and adoption initiatives for new technologies.
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate impact on research productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing digital transformation team.
