Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience owning a 0→1 product end-to-end.
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features in production environments.
- Deep understanding of prompt budgets, eval loops, autonomy guardrails, and scaling challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and building models in spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in SQL or the ability to query data independently.
- Strong opinions on agentic UX based on practical, daily use of AI tools.
- Ability to write short, decision-dense product specifications.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Daily, professional use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) in personal workflow.
- Willingness to conduct all user research and calls personally.
- Comfort working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the Hosto Agent roadmap end-to-end, from initial signup through fully autonomous property management.
- Design conversational UX, determining agent actions, escalation triggers, and memory management across sessions.
- Own the new-host activation flow to ensure rapid value delivery and initial user conversion.
- Define the agent's autonomy ladder (Autopilot, Co-pilot, Radar) to balance effectiveness and user trust.
- Ship weekly updates by working directly with one engineering pod.
- Conduct weekly user research by leading demo calls and analyzing session feedback.
