Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in cloud infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping software that engineers depend on in production.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, including clusters, workloads, and namespaces.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, specifically engaging with platform engineers and architects.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes.
- Adaptability to startup pace and environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes-as-a-Service (KaaS).
- Bonus: Knowledge of AI & MLOps infrastructure (GPU scheduling, LLM deployment).
- Bonus: Background in building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
Responsibilities
- Align on business priorities and technical direction for your product surface.
- Translate business priorities into technical specifications for engineering.
- Partner with the Head of Product and Engineering leadership on architecture tradeoffs.
- Run alpha and beta builds to identify and address integration issues.
- Engage directly with platform engineers and technical buyers to gather customer intelligence.
- Track the cloud-native ecosystem and define market messaging.
- Bridge engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery.
