Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex digital, software, web, or marketing technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing website builds, CMS implementations, CRM integrations, APIs, and custom application development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.
- Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Drupal, WordPress, Google Workspace, Slack, and Figma.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner with technical teams and translate technical concepts into business language.
- Agency experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead website, application, marketing technology, CRM, and systems integration projects from discovery through launch.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, milestones, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with technical leads to manage architecture constraints and implementation approaches.
- Own project execution across strategy, UX, design, development, content, and analytics teams.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project boards, documentation, and reporting using project management software.
- Communicate project health, risks, and technical considerations to internal and client stakeholders.
