Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in technology, cloud solutions, technical project management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across cloud, applications, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
- At least 5 years of experience reading code or working with system design.
- Hands-on project delivery experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Red Hat OpenShift).
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and/or Ray.
- Knowledge of virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, and cloud modernization.
- Ability to read and understand code in Python, Java, C/C++, Go, JavaScript, Shell, or similar.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based AI/ML and Generative AI projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate closely with project managers, cloud architects, engineers, developers, and data scientists.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and support initiatives involving Design Thinking, cloud migration, modernization, refactoring, containerization, APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes.
- Coordinate the delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using technologies such as LLMs, Google Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, AWS, and Azure.
- Monitor technical execution to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud, application, infrastructure, and AI/ML issues, coordinating appropriate technical resources when required.
- Manage dependencies across technical workstreams and proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve delivery.
- Communicate project status, technical considerations, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster effective collaboration across diverse technical and business teams while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
